Lead Times

All products are sent via courier or, if over 2.3m in length, by freight. You can track your parcel via the tracking details we email you upon dispatch. It's important to note that rural addresses incur extra fees so please advise if your address is rural as this will also take more time to get to you.

Please note that the freight companies operate independently from Urban Curtains + Blinds. Due to this, we cannot advise exact delivery times, however, if your goods have not arrived within three days of receiving your dispatch email, please advise us so we can ensure everything is on track.

We trust your blinds will arrive in pristine condition however if there is any damage to the packaging, please advise us immediately and take photos of the packaging before opening and, if any blinds show any sign of damage, please also take photos of the blinds.
